APPLICATION POSSIBILITIES OF LOOP BANDS
Before training:
Use the bands to activate your leg and hip muscles. An effective warm-up is the lateral band walk: place the band just above your ankles, bend your knees slightly, and perform controlled side steps. This specifically activates the gluteus medius and provides more stability during your workout.
After training:
Use the band for gentle stretches or mobility exercises to promote blood circulation and support recovery—for example, by gently stretching the back of your legs.
