PROPER USE FOR MAXIMUM EFFECT
The Chirogun Duoball unfolds its full effect when used consciously and with control. Slowly roll the ball along your spine, neck, or calves, maintaining even pressure. The two pressure points activate the muscles on both sides of the spine simultaneously, without putting stress on the vertebrae themselves. For particularly tense areas, you can pause briefly and breathe gently into the pressure – this helps release deeper tension even more effectively.
