Deep Tissue Roll
Goal: Releases deep muscle tension, reduces pain, and improves blood circulation.
How to do it:
Lie down with the affected muscle area, such as thighs, back, or calves, on a foam roller or the ChiroGun Ball.
Roll slowly and with control over the muscles, paying attention to even pressure.
If you encounter sensitive points (trigger points), stay in place for 10–15 seconds and breathe deeply into the tension.
